About

A Family of Enterprise

Construction may be at the heart of the Roche Group story, but enterprise has always extended beyond it.

Each business has its own identity, but together they reflect the same values that have shaped the Roche Group: personal involvement, long-term relationships, investment in local communities and a commitment to doing things well.

Different Businesses.
One Family Story.

From construction and property to hospitality, retail, equestrian sport, beauty and food, enterprise has remained a constant throughout the wider Roche story.

These are different businesses serving different audiences, but they share something important: a willingness to invest, to stay involved and to build businesses with a long-term connection to the communities around them.

For many of those businesses, that connection begins in Shanagolden and West Limerick – the place the Roche story calls home.

We know it’s business… but we take it personally.
